Complex No. 3
The Complex No. 3 was built and commissioned in 2024. It has become the third warehouse facility of the Global City TLH.
The complex’s warehouse infrastructure consists of seven (7) dry storage warehouses, five (5 of which are rail-side) and two railway sidings. This has significantly expanded Global City's capacity for receiving goods via the railway and storing goods.
Put into operation in 2024. Suitable for storing both bulk and nonbulk grocery and non-grocery goods.

To whom it may concern!
The Global City TLH offers to lease warehouse spaces and warehouse terminals with an area of 4,000 m² or more.
Companies interested in larger warehouse spaces are invited to discuss the terms of cooperation for customized construction of new storage terminals. There is a 25-hectare plot available, where customized storage spaces of up to 100,000 m², as well as a cargo terminal with a container yard can be built.
