Farmer’s Center and Pavilions
The farmer’s center and trade pavilions were opened to visitors in 2020. They are located just off the Global City SEC, allowing the complex customers to easily move between the buildings and do their shopping.
Global City farmer’s center

The retail space is conditionally divided into two sections: the meat hall and the vegetable hall. In August 2022, part of the Farmer’s Center underwent renovation. As a result, six boutiques of 27 m² each have been created, which are designated for the sale of factory-produced dairy products, confectionery and sausage products, groceries, tobacco, and alcoholic beverages.
Today, the Farmer’s Center is home to about 50 entrepreneurs, offering city residents and visitors fresh meat, fruits and vegetables, confectionery and other food products.
The Farmer’s Center facility has in-house food safety inspection laboratory.
The convenient location of the Farmer’s Center in the Global City trade infrastructure, as well as its position in an area with high foot traffic, has been a decisive factor in choosing it as a place for annual seasonal mini-fairs, where city residents can always purchase fresh products from city and regional producers.
Every year, in autumn, city and regional agricultural fairs "Auyl bereke" are held within Global City. This is facilitated by the specially designed fairgrounds within the trading infrastructure, as well as high foot traffic provided by transport accessibility and location of the complex.

Global City retail pavilions have won the hearts of many residents of Karaganda by offering a civilized and comfortable shopping experience. Entrepreneurs engaged in the manufacturing sector have also appreciated the opportunity to set up mini-production in the pavilion-type premises of GlobalCity TLH. Today, mini-printing houses, confectionery shops, tailor’s shops and courier companies are successfully operating on the territory. The outdoor food court area includes 7 business-class canteens with national and European cuisine.
The Global City multifunctional trade and logistics hub in Karaganda provides services of leasing retail premises and spaces to entrepreneurs selling agricultural products and food products, various non-food products, as well as spaces for setting-up mini-production. Retail space in the farmer’s center, as well as trade pavilions for retail and mini-production are available for lease.
