Warehouse infrastructure

The warehouse infrastructure of the GlobalCity complex includes:

  • climatic warehouse with freezers and multi–temperature chambers ranging from 0 to –24℃;
  • dry storage warehouses equipped with 5-tier racks;
  • two cross-docks;
  • multifunctional warehouse terminals used as fulfillment centers or warehouse stores;
  • 7 railway siding;
  • cargo terminal with gantry crane;
  • customs control area with a temporary storage warehouse;
  • three temporary storage facilities;
  • all necessary handling equipment.

The Global City's warehouse infrastructure is in progress. In the coming years, an additional warehouse complex with a total area of up to 100,000 m² is planned to be built on an adjacent 25-hectare site. Plans also include the construction of cargo terminal no. 2 with a container yard and railway sidings.
