Warehouses
Global City is the only warehouse complex in Karaganda whose warehouses and infrastructure facilities have been built in full compliance with modern standards for warehousing.
The complex was commissioned in 2020.
It includes Class «A» warehouses:
- Two (2) dry storage warehouses with a storage temperature of +15°C;
- multi-temperature climatic warehouse with storage temperatures ranging from -24°C to +6°C.
The complex also includes two (2) cross-docks for 164 trucks and four (4) multifunctional warehouse terminals used not only for storage, but also as fulfillment centers or warehouse stores.
Each warehouse is equipped with office space and staff car parks.
The complex was commissioned in May 2024.
It includes Class «A» warehouses:
- ten (10) warehouses, with storage temperature regime from +12°C to +15°C, with a total area of 55,000 m²

- seven (7) warehouses (5 of which are railside) with a storage temperature regime from +12°C to +15°C, with a total area of 38,100 m²;
- two (2) railway sidings.

GlobalCity features its technical equipment, climate-controlled and dry warehouses, multifunctional warehouse terminals, railway sidings, container yard, customs control zone, customs warehouse and TSWs, and handling equipment. Each warehouse is equipped with offices and staff car parks.
