State-of-the-art class «A» warehouses of the complex no. 1 were commissioned in the summer of 2020. In the period from 2021 to 2023, due to the ever-growing demand for warehouse spaces, additional multifunctional warehouse terminals with a total area of 9,000 m² were built on the premises to meet customer’s needs.

Global City features on-site customs control zone with a customs warehouse and three temporary storage warehouses

Foreign trade (FT) operators are provided with all conditions at Global City: They have direct access to the Maikuduk railway station and to the road interchanges connecting Karaganda with Astana, Pavlodar and Almaty, and can also use all the required customs-related infrastructure.
